Job Description

    We need a Project Manager Civil on Urgent Basis !
    • Profile: Project Manager - Civil
    • JobLocation: Naraina Vihar (South West Delhi)
    • Package: Negotiable
    • Working Days & Time: 6 Days / 10:30 am to 7:00 pm shift
    • Experience: 8 to 10 years in commercial properties
    • Qualifications: B.tech civil
    • Industry: Retail (Indian Fashion)
    • Age Below:45 (Preference)
    • Notice Period:1 month | preference to Immediate Joiners
    Responsibilities:Must be capable of looking after Multiple Projects at on timeStrong Ability to coordinate with Architect Team, works in close liaisonwith all type of HVAC & Contractors.Strong knowledge of interior Fit-outs.Detail survey planning scheduling the process of works, controlmanagement and review designs drawing.Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through tolarge-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainablemanner.Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests,drawings and other)Manage budget and purchase equipment/materialsComply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc anddeliver technical files and other technical documentation as requiredCommissioning of fire line ,partition work , LPG line , Compressor line,panelling work ,electrical work, speaker installation, Modular work, Civilwork, Ceiling work, IT Work.Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assignedengineering projectsPerform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans,personnels performance) and report regularly on project status.Strong experience with Commercial propertiesSkills:Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such asAutoCAD,Civil 3D or similarProven working experience in civil engineeringProficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control,regulatory approvals etcInterested candidates please share your resume along with one formalphotograph at:hidden_emailOR Contact at: 91 hidden_mobile.
