• Candidate preferably only Male should be a self-starter, result oriented, confident, dedicated Civil Engineer, having thorough knowledge of all the aspects of building construction, external development works and project management
• He should be well versed with all construction items and techniques
• Thorough knowledge of design and detailed design of the civil part of the project, specifications, bill of quantities, and should be able to frame specifications independently
• Reading architectural drawings and executing the finishing work on ground accordingly
• Will be responsible for planning of civil and interior works of fixation of high class Walls & Floor Tiles, Granite/ Marble Stone fixing, Lighting , Renovation, Materials, POP , Cements plumbing
• Paint and polish of internal and external walls,Modular Kitchen fixing etc,
• He must know how to draw on CAD
Desired Candidate Profile:
• B.E (Civil), with more than 15 years experience of project management of construction site in reputed firm, and should be an independent planner and handled sites independently with good knowledge of computers
• Should have capabilities of handling Civil /site finishing work individually and get the work executed from junior engineers and the contractor labor as per drawings
