Job Description

As a Teamcenter Scrum Master with SAFe certification, your role will involve the following:- Act as Scrum Master for Teamcenter PLM implementation and customization projects.- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.- Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile principles and best practices across teams.- Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, QA, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery.- Identify and eliminate impediments to team progress.- Track and report project metrics including velocity and burndown charts.- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile framework.- Coordinate with stakeholders for requirement clarification and prioritization.Qualifications required for this role include:- 1116 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master.- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter PLM including Configuration, Customization, and Workflows.- SAFe Certified (SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master).- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Rally.- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience in managing distributed teams and large-scale Agile programs.
