Job Description

    As an individual at Ecomaxgo, a Govt of India backed startup specializing in IOT and Fintech, your role will involve focusing on three main verticals of our Govt project:- **IOT machine operations & Expansion**: You will be responsible for managing and expanding the operations of our IOT machines. - **Team Management**: Your duties will include managing the team effectively to ensure smooth operations and project execution. - **Ads Management- Revenue Generation**: You will play a crucial role in managing ads to ensure revenue is cash positive, emphasizing sales strategies.In addition to the specific responsibilities mentioned above, you are expected to possess a business mindset, working on strategies, revenue generation, and team management. It is essential to understand the cost associated with each task and ensure operations are within budget constraints.Furthermore, you will be integral in:- Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure projects are flawlessly executed- Developing detailed project plans, tracking progress, and managing changes effectively- Measuring project performance and reporting to management as necessary- Managing client relationships, stakeholders, and third-party vendors- Performing risk management to minimize project risks- Establishing and maintaining relationships with external partners- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentationYour compensation package at Ecomaxgo includes a salary of Rs 14 Lacs, with Rs 8 Lacs in hand and an additional Rs 6 Lacs based on performance, along with a car. After the fundraise, higher in-hand packages ranging from 12 Lacs to 24 Lacs are possible.You should be prepared for frequent travel, with no restrictions, and the role is based in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi with an immediate start date.,
