Job Description

    Location: NoidaPosition: Purchase Executive / Assistant Manager/GM- ManagerExperience- 5-15 yearsCtc- upto 7.2 Lpa for AM Purchase and upto 13 for GM purchase (depends on Interview)Working DaysKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare comparative vendor evaluation sheets and ensure timely approvals from the Department Head.Generate, review, and maintain accurate Purchase Orders (POs); ensure compliance with PO terms and organizational standards.Track daily rates of ferrous metals (MS Billets, TMT, MS Plates, MS Structures) and compile the Daily Progress Report (DPR).Arrange transportation based on material responsibility (transporter/company/client) and monitor vehicle movement till site delivery.Coordinate with transporters for payment terms, vehicle scheduling, and delivery tracking.Issue dispatch instructions post-payment, including consignee details and weighmentslips.Maintain real-time vehicle updates and ensure smooth coordination across procurement, logistics, and delivery teams.Facilitate timely vendor payments and ensure adherence to delivery schedules, budget, and quality standards.Address issues related to shipment delays, discrepancies, or damages proactivelyRequired Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
