Job Description

    URGENT REQUIREMENT OF: QA & NPD InchargeJD:Postion: QA & NPD InchargeLocation: Noida, Uttar PradeshIndustry: Automotive Ancillary / Spring ManufacturingSalary: Up to 75,000 per monthExperience: 15 YearsJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced QA & NPD Incharge to lead Quality Assurance and New Product Development activities in an automotive ancillary manufacturing company. The candidate should have strong exposure to automotive quality systems, customer audits, process improvement, and new product development.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality AssuranceMaintain and implement Quality Management Systems as per IATF 16949.Handle customer complaints and corrective actions.Conduct customer, process, and certification audits.Monitor quality performance, rejection levels, and process capability.Implement PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs, MSA, and SPC.Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspections.New Product DevelopmentLead APQP and PPAP activities.Prepare and review PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, MSA, and capability studies.Coordinate with production and customers for new product launches.Conduct feasibility studies and monitor trial production.Continuous ImprovementDrive TPM, Kaizen, and quality improvement initiatives.Implement defect prevention and process improvement projects.Team ManagementLead and guide the quality team.Conduct training and skill development programs.Desired Candidate ProfileQualificationB.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.ExperienceMinimum 10 years in Automotive Ancillary Industry.Minimum 5 years in a managerial quality role.Required SkillsIATF 16949APQPPPAPFMEASPCMSATPMCustomer AuditsRoot Cause AnalysisTeam LeadershipPreferredExperience in Spring Manufacturing Industry.Exposure to OEM and Tier-1 Automotive customers.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.Salary: Up to 75,000 per month (Negotiable for deserving candidates)Interested candidates may share their updated CV at:hidden_emailcall Mr A K Singh hidden_mobileOR CALL hidden_mobile, OR WHATSAPP-hidden_mobile MS HEMA
