    Job descriptionEligibility Criteria: Only Candidates having prior experience in Flexible Printing & Packaging Industry can applyJob Location: Narela, New DelhiQualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Printing Technology/CIPETExperience: 8 years in Flexible Printing Industry/Knowledge of PVC Shrink & BOPP is MandatoryQuality Reports: Responsible for thorough analysis of all kinds of reports related to quality submitted by respective shift in-charge/supervisors, suggest necessary changes and implement the same.Product Insight: Knowledge of PVC Shrink & BOPP is required. Co-ordinate with the clients, gain an understanding of their needs and requirements in connection to quality standards, communicate the same to the internal team.Shade Cards: Co-ordinate with the clients regarding final shade card, convey the internal team about approved shade card, ensure work on the shop floor is being carried out as per approved shade card.Master Shade Card: Should maintain Master Shade Card. with drawdown. Master Sample: All the master samples duly signed by approving authority with date and proper markings (Ex. GSM, Micron, COF, Surface Tension, Size for films; Viscosity, Solid Content for inks and adhesive) in duplicate should be made available in the quality department.Measuring Instruments: Maintain a list of all inspection/measuring instruments available in the Quality Lab/Premises and ensure they are calibrated.Quality Assurance/Control: Adequate testing of all incoming Raw Material, In-Process Goods, outgoing Finished Goods as per specifications and document it. In case of non-compliance of required standards, inform all concerned staff and put the material under hold condition till the decision of disposal/ rejection is done and send back to supplier.Post-Printing Inspection: Monitoring Post Printing Goods Quality, Identify defects if any related to Gluing, labelling, Pinhole etc. and conveying it to the Production dept.SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): Should maintain two copies of Sticker label (signed by authorized signatory) for all Jobs. Should paste one copy of the sticker label on the master file and maintain himself and the other copy should be on the Post-Printing Shop Floor.Process Improvement: Evaluating performance of existing systems and processes, Identify new methods of doing the same to reduce the manufacturing Time, Cost, Wastage etc. (KRA)SOP: Sort existing SOPs. Design new SOPs for machine and work, Communicating these SOPs to the workmen on the shop-floor and providing training to them for the same.Complaint Handling: Preparing RCA & CAPA to eliminate future complaints.Visit Customer Site to address their concern regarding Quality and resolve them successfully.Quality Checkpoint: Prepare a quality checklist for RM; In Process Goods; FG and ensure all the checkpoints and satisfied.AUDIT : ISO 9001:2015: Should maintain all documents required as per QMS 9001:2015 standard. Proper filing of all the documents as per compliance.
