Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Strategic Quality Leadership:
    • Design and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies for Foodware , Drinkware tableware, and related product lines.
    • Lead and mentor the quality team, cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation in quality practices.
    1. Product and Process Excellence:
    • Ensure rigorous testing of materials and finished goods, meeting both internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee quality inspections during production and post-production phases to minimize defects.
    1. Supplier & Vendor Collaboration:
    • Partner with suppliers to maintain high-quality standards for raw materials and components.
    • Conduct supplier audits and establish accountability measures for consistent quality compliance.
    1. Regulatory Compliance & Standards:
    • Stay abreast of international safety and quality standards (e.g., FDA, BIS) applicable to consumer products.
    • Ensure all Merlin Brands products adhere to these regulations, fostering customer trust and brand reputation.
    1. Customer-Centric Approach:
    • Analyze customer feedback to identify and resolve recurring quality issues.
    • Implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product reliability and performance.
    1. Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
    • Leverage industry best practices to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
    • Champion the use of quality tools like Six Sigma, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis to drive efficiency.
