Job Description

The successful candidate will provide expert advice to clients looking to buy, sell, or lease properties, while offering in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and guide them through every step of the real estate process.Responsibilities:
    • Advise clients on the current real estate market conditions, trends, and investment opportunities.
    • Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, ensuring they are making informed decisions.
    • Research and analyze local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
    • Identify potential properties that align with the clients needs and budget.
    • Coordinate property viewings, showings, and negotiations.
    • Manage and update client databases and provide ongoing support throughout the transaction process.
    • Assist clients in understanding financing options, legal documentation, and contract terms.
    • Build and maintain relationships with property developers, brokers, and industry professionals.
    • Keep clients informed about relevant news, policies, and regulations affecting the real estate market.
    • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying/selling process.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in real estate consulting, sales, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and current trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software (CRM, MLS systems).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A valid real estate license (if applicable) is preferred.
    Desired Skills:
    • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
    • Ability to assess market conditions and make strategic recommendations.
