Job Description

    Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our TA team. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in recruitment processes. The HR Recruitment Specialist will work closely with our experienced TA team, gaining hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, candidate management, and other aspects of the HR (Recruitment) lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.2. Participate in resume screening and initial candidate assessments.3. Support the recruitment team in coordinating interviews and assessments for potential candidates.4. Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive and professional experience.5. Help maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).7. Assist in generating recruitment-related reports and metrics.8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Qualifications:- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about recruitment processes.This Recruitment Specialist position provides an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in the specialised field of HR (recruitment).
