    We are Hiring forRegional Head positionLocation - DelhiJob title: Regional Head Pioneer BankingBU/Function : Affluent Banking & InternationalReports to: Zonal Head Pioneer BankingJob Summary:Responsible for managing overall P&L of the region through a team of Relationship Managers with strong leadership skills and EffectiveService orientation. Strong man management skills coupled with Wealth Management expertise.Role Details:* Deliver the objectives of Pioneer Banking channel for the region by leading a team of Relationship Managers* Regular sales calls with Relationship Managers* Ensure handholding, book mapping for new hires* Regular team huddles to discuss detailed performance / sales MIS with each RM to help them perform and grow* Drive RMs across product lines, providing strategic inputs and talking points on a regular basis* Keep abreast with global, economic and wealth related current affairs* Ensure compliance to the Banks and regulatory guidelines* Enhance liability book growth through NTB acquisition and deepening of Existing Book* Ensure net AUM growth as per assigned baseline targets* Efficient in leading engaging conversations with ultra HNI families and large business houses* Should be well conversant with the entire gamut of wealth and banking products as well as about product offerings bycompetition* Build and deepen relationships with existing Affluent Wealth Customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues* Ensure team size as per assigned headcount budgetsInterested Candidate can Drop cv on -Contact no - hidden_mobilemail id - hidden_email
