If youre ready to embark on a fulfilling journey, where you can embrace creativity and innovation to empower people, this is the place for you.Lets build a future together where your talents find their full expression!Job Purpose:As a Regional Manager - Collections for North, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Two Wheeler Loan Collections within your designated zone (Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab), ensuring timely recovery of outstanding loan amounts while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Leveraging your extensive experience in collections management, you will develop and implement strategies to optimize collections performance, minimize delinquencies, and mitigate credit risk.Your leadership and strategic oversight will be instrumental in. achieving collections targets, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the organizations overall financial objectives.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic collections plans and initiatives to maximize recovery of overdue loan amounts while minimizing losses and delinquencies. Set clear collections targets and performance goals for the zone, monitor performance against targets, and take proactive measures to address deviations and optimize results. Provide leadership, direction, and support to the collections team, including collection officers, supervisors, and support staff, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Conduct regular analysis of loan portfolios to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern, and develop targeted strategies to address delinquencies and mitigate credit risk. Develop and implement customer-centric collections approaches that prioritize customer experience while achieving collections targets, fostering positive relationships and promoting loyalty Continuously review and improve collections processes, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing collections activities, maintaining a strong culture of compliance within the team. Manage relationships with external collections agencies and vendors, ensuring effective performance management, adherence to service level agreements, and alignment with organizational standards. Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track collections performance, analyse key metrics, and generate regular reports for senior management, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable insights. Provide training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to collections team members to enhance their skills, knowledge and performance.Job Requirements: Post Graduate / MBA Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in collections management, with a focus on Two Wheeler loans. Demonstrated track record of success in achieving collections targets, reducing delinquencies, and managing credit risk in a financial services environment. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams Thorough understanding of collections processes, regulations, and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethics. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies and solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers. Proven ability to drive process improvements, innovation, and change management initiatives to enhance collections performance and efficiency. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering value to the organization.
