As Regional Sales Manager, you will be a pivotal force in driving the sales success within Pune region. This role encompasses a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution of overseeing sales activities within specified region.What will you do Developing and implementing comprehensive Sales strategies to meet and exceed Regional Sales target, Leading, motivating, managing, and strategizing the Sales team, Evaluating dealer, audiologist, and Sales rep performance against Sales objectives and forecasting and achieving Sales objectives,. Responsible for field force management, talent management, monitoring field staff and ensuring volume and Key Product Sales and collection targets. Coaching and mentoring on Basics/ENT Coverage / Activities Meeting Customers and ENT Doctor.What you bring Proven work experience of around 10 Years, preferably in Medical Devices sales.
