Job Description

    Experience Required:4-5 years of experience in Product Regulatory compliances, environmental sales, compliance consulting, or sustainability services.Expertise in environmental regulations, waste management laws, and industry-specific standards (BIS, WPC, LMPC, TEC, BEE, DGFT, E-waste EPR, Plastic EPR, Battery EPR, Tire EPR, FSSAI, CDSCO).Key Skills:Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of Indian waste management regulations, food safety, and compliance standards like BIS, WPC, LMPC, TEC, BEE, DGFT, E-waste EPR, Plastic EPR, Battery EPR, Tire EPR, FSSAI, CDSCO.Technical Knowledge: Understanding how waste management solutions align with various regulations (like recycling, waste-to-energy, and safe disposal of leaded materials).Sales and Consultative Approach: Ability to advise companies on regulatory compliance and waste management solutions.Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex regulatory requirements and waste management solutions to clients.Responsibilities:Consult with Clients: Advise clients on how to meet compliance requirements (e.g., EPR for plastics, FSSAI for food packaging, and safe disposal of leaded materials under BIS).Develop Custom Solutions: Tailor waste management solutions that address specific regulatory standards and provide guidance on meeting them.Networking with Regulatory Bodies: Foster relationships with regulatory authorities like BIS, WPC, LMPC, TEC, BEE, DGFT, E-waste EPR, Plastic EPR, Battery EPR, Tire EPR, FSSAI, CDSCO to stay updated on new regulations and compliance guidelines.How to apply:Share your updated resume with the header APPLICATION FOR REGULATORY AFFAIRS SPECIALIST OR WHATSAPP hidden_mobile .
