• Designation: Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager / Key Relationship Manager
• Location: Across India
• Compensation: 20,000 to 45,000 CTC per annum, plus significant performance-based incentives. Enjoy national and international travel opportunities, with fast-track promotions available up to three times a year.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Represent our life insurance products to customers.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to explain plan benefits and assess their needs.
• Promptly address and follow up on leads.
• Manage existing customer portfolios while generating new business through personal lead generation.
• Consistently achieve business targets.

Criteria:
• Age: 24 to 45 years.
• Education: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in field sales, from any industry.
• Local Residency: Must have reliable means of local travel.
