Job Description

    Job descriptionRole & responsibilitiesAs a Direct Channel Front Line Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through direct customer interactions. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets, foster customer relationships, and represent the company in a professional manner.
    • Engage in direct sales activities to acquire new customers and enhance existing relationships.
    • Meet prospective customers in person or via virtual meetings to understand their needs and promote our products/services.
    • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and submit regular sales reports.
    • Participate in daily meetings to discuss targets, achievements, and strategies.
    • Accompany the Branch Manager on customer visits as required.
    • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times.
    • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
    Preferred candidate profile
    • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in BFSI
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual.
