Job Description

    Job DescriptionPosition: Relationship Manager Gold AppraiserWe are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Relationship Manager Gold Appraiser in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for gold appraisal, customer acquisition, loan processing, KYC verification, and branch business development.Key Responsibilities
    • Appraise and evaluate gold ornaments accurately.
    • Ensure proper gold valuation and purity checking.
    • Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
    • Complete KYC and loan documentation as per company guidelines.
    • Coordinate with branch operations for smooth loan processing.
    • Generate new customer leads through referrals and local market activities.
    • Drive renewal and repeat business from existing customers.
    • Maintain compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
    • Achieve branch business and disbursement targets.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • 15 years of experience in Gold Appraisal / Gold Loan Operations.
    • Experience in NBFCs, Gold Loan Companies, or Banking preferred.
    • Good communication skills in Kannada and basic English.
    • Knowledge of gold purity testing and valuation.
    • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
