Designation: Relationship Manager (IC role)Product: Home Loans / Loan Against Property /MortgageLocation: Gurgaon and BangaloreSalary: Attractive Salary Incentives Travel allowanceRole:1) Convert the HL / Lap leads into field appointments and convert them into application logins.2) Manage the end-to-end process of converting HL / Lap lead into disbursal.3) Manage the relationships with Banks / NBFCsJob Role:1. Candidate should have at least 1 years of Experience in Home loan and Mortgage.2.Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications.3. Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.4.Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations.5 Interview applicants to define financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans.6.Monitor and update account records.7.Submit loan applications in a timely manner.8.Prepare detailed loan. proposals.9.Reject loan applications and explain deficiencies to applicants.10.Respond to applicants questions and resolve any loan-related issues.11.Operate in compliance with laws and regulations,
