Key Requirements
• Candidates from NBFCs preferred.
• Bank candidates accepted only if not from branch banking or small finance banks.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sourcing business through Retail DSA/connectors/self-sourcing.
• Ticket Size:
  • SME: 1.5 - 2 Cr average.
  • Monthly business minimum: 1 - 1.5 Cr.
• Product Knowledge:
  • Must have experience in LAP (Loan Against Property) or Prime Mortgage.
  • Profiles focused on Home Loans will not be considered.
CTC
• Maximum: 7.5 LPA.

• Smart and driven individuals with basic financial know-how.
• Candidates with strong Retail DSA contacts.
