Job Description

    Job Title: Relationship ManagerJob Overview:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager to establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. This role requires a deep understanding of financial products, banking services, and market trends to provide reliable guidance to clients.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop a strong understanding of financial and banking products, services, and market trends.
    • Expand and manage the B2B segment, identifying new business opportunities.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with Channel Partners (C.A.s, Advocates, etc.).
    • Regularly interact with Channel Partners and Bankers to facilitate business growth.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
    • Leverage strong sales and negotiation skills to drive business success.
    • Assess client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
    • Conduct meetings with channel partners to follow up on loan applications.
    • Engage with clients regularly to ensure smooth processing of their loan files.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Experience: 0 to 4 years
    • Qualification: MBA Graduate / Pursuing MBA / PGDM
    • Work Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
    • Salary:5 LPA (including performance-based variables)
    • Location: Work from Office
    • Availability: Immediate Joining
