The role involves acquiring new customers, building relationships with channel partners, and driving business growth in the affordable housing segment.Key Responsibilities
• Source customers for Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct sourcing, connectors, and builder relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales & disbursement targets.
• Ensure complete documentation & compliance for timely loan processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
• Cross-sell other financial products as per customer need.
• Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan or LAP sales.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, credit policies, and documentation.
• Good communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Should be target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
