Job Description

    • Lead Generation & Sourcing: Proactively acquire new Home Loan and LAP clients through open-market field visits, cold calling, builder tie-ups, and developer referrals.
    • Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain a strong network of external connectors such as Chartered Accountants (CAs), Direct Sales Associates (DSAs), and property dealers/brokers.
    • Application Processing: Collect, verify, and process necessary financial and legal documents from clients. Coordinate with internal credit, technical, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan approvals and timely disbursements.
    • Client Relationship Management: Educate prospective borrowers on loan features, eligibility, and interest rates. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage retention.
    • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed specific monthly and quarterly disbursement and cross-selling targets.
