    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and driving sales in investment products. With an annual salary of 8,00,000, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment across multiple locations including Ahmedabad, Mumbai City, Pune, and Delhi.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients to understand their investment needs and objectives.
    • Provide expert advice on various investment products including mutual funds, stocks, and securities.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for HNI acquisition and sales.
    • Manage client portfolios and ensure optimal performance through regular reviews and adjustments.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet client expectations.
    • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • A minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the financial services sector.
    • Strong knowledge of investment products including demat accounts, mutual funds, stock broking, and the share market.
    • Proven track record in HNI acquisition and sales.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Relevant certifications in finance or investment will be an added advantage.
