Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may impact production efficiency or quality. Utilize statistical methods and software tools to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track key manufacturing metrics, such as production output, downtime, scrap rates, and quality metrics. Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management, highlighting performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement. Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting data by implementing quality control measures.Process Improvement: Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and process improvement teams to identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and reducing waste. Use data analysis to recommend changes to workflows, procedures, or equipment to optimize manufacturing processes. Monitor the implementation of improvement initiatives and evaluate their impact on key performance metrics.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production supervisors, quality assurance teams, supply chain managers, and other stakeholders to align reporting efforts with business objectives. Communicate insights and findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including presenting reports and recommendations to senior management.Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to manufacturing reporting and data management. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in manufacturing analytics and reporting.Skillset & Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree in engineering, statistics, business administration, or a related field. Mechanical Engineering/Masters degree preferred. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistical software packages. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Experience with manufacturing ERP systems and business intelligence tools is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in reporting. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment,
