The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching our products/services, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from a provided database.
    • Explain product/service benefits and persuade customers to make a purchase.
    • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
    • Follow up with interested customers to close deals.
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to improve performance and strategies.
    Requirements & Qualifications:
    • Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
    • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
    • Salary - Upto 21 K NTH Depend on interview PF Medical
    • Skills Required:
      • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
      • Ability to handle rejections and remain resilient.
      • Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
      • Fluency in English and regional language (if applicable).
