Job Description

    We are hiring a Retail and Customer Support Associate to manage all customer queries in our studio shop space and on email for our online shop. Your role will involve processing orders, modifications, working on the shop floor, managing any complaints, and facilitating returns. To excel in this role you need to have clear communication skills in the English language, have a respectful and positive tone when communicating with customers and be very organised and systematic in responding to customers.Job Responsibilities:Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all timesResponding promptly to customer inquiries by emailAttending all customers coming into the physical storeAcknowledging and resolving customer complaintsCoordinating & managing customer order shipments with our shipping partnersKnowing our products and sizing, shipping and return policies inside and out so that you can answer questions promptlyKeeping. records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints in a Master Google document or CRM systemCommunicate clearly within NBNW internal teamRequirements:Fluent in English (Oral and written)Very comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Mail, Google Cal, SlackCurious about our processes and a quick learnerPrior experience working with customer support in e-commerce or retail is an advantageAttention to detailsBased in and around New Delhi, able to visit NBNW office in South Delhi,
