Job Description

    Opening For Manager - Risk with Leading NBFCJob Role:- Manager - RiskLocation -DelhiJob description:- Possess solid expertise in incident and control testing.- Performing RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment).- Incident recording, measurement, and RCA for operational risk (Root Cause Analysis).- Work together with business stakeholders to put the organizations operational risk management strategy into practise for consistent, proactive identification of operational risks.- Review of Product and Process Notes from the Viewpoint of Operational Risks.- Conducting RCSA for various organisational business divisions.- Finding risk in various processes, reducing it via controls, and keeping risk registers up to date.- Track all identified open issues and a plan of action in the system to ensure prompt resolution.- Review and create Key Risk Indicators, and make sure that KRI breaches are remedied effectively.- Perform root cause analyses (RCA) on situations involving reported losses or near-misses in order to establish corrective and preventative measures.- Proactively participating in various initiatives, conducting thematic evaluations, and helping to prepare the deck for the ORMC or other senior management reports.
