Job Description

    Sales/Business Development Executive (Female Candidates Only)Location: Delhi/GurgaonSalary: 30,000 - 60,000/monthNotice Period: Minimum 15 DaysJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Sales/Business Development Executive with a proven track record in the Tiles, Sanitaryware, or Marbles industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
    2. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
    3. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and expand the client base.
    4. Present and demonstrate products to clients, addressing any queries or concerns.
    5. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and track progress using CRM tools.
    6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
    7. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to strategize effectively.
    Requirements:
    1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in the Tiles, Sanitaryware, or Marbles industry.
    2. Graduate in any discipline.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Ability to understand and explain technical product details to clients.
    5. Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Good-to-Have Skills:
    • Experience with CRM software and preparing detailed sales reports.
