Job Description

    1. Handle a high volume of inbound sales calls, qualifying leads and converting them into customers.2. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building report.3. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.4. Effectively communicate product features and benefits.5. Maintain accurate sales records and track performance metrics.6. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.7. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.8. Proactively identify and pursue business development opportunities.9. Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close deals.10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.11. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.Qualifications:Proven experienceof 2-3 years in a sales role, preferably with inbound calling experience.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong customer service skills and a passion for building relationships.Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Positive attitude and a professional demeanor.High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
