Job Description

    We are looking for a Sales Manager who will drive HORECA Sales. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the complete business in the assigned territory. The job involves identifying HORECA customers like 5 Star & other hotels, Restaurants, Institutions, Theme Parks, etc. Liaising with Purchase Managers, Chefs etc. to meet their requirements. Client acquisition, retention, and enhancement will be a part of the job.:Be responsible for end-to-end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post-closure relationship management. Complete administrative reporting as assigned (for example: expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners, competitive updates, etc.). Desired Candidate Profile A high energy job which requires an individual to spend 100% of the time in the field. Experience in Sales- Good Communication & Presentable Good Leadership - Proven sales experience of Min 5 years in HORECA, FMCG, Food Services. Frozen product sales experience will be preferred. Candidate should have excellent communication skills. Should be Proficient in speaking Hindi, English and other Regional language depending on location. Ability to effectively work with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels. Candidate Should have experience in most part of the areas of the region under consideration. This role will offer a very diverse / in-depth experience of handling a vast bouquet of Customers across various Food segments; this also will offer great opportunity to enhance commercial and business skills.
