Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Executive Client AcquisitionDepartment: Sales and Business Development Location: Delhi, Model Town Organisation Indian Manpower ServicesJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our consultancy. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, establishing strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
      • Identify and research potential clients through various channels (e.g., online platforms, networking events, referrals).
      • Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
    2. Client Outreach:
      • Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
      • Present consultancy services effectively and tailor pitches to client needs.
    3. Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
      • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients until onboarding is complete.
    4. Sales Strategy and Planning:
      • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
      • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
    5. Negotiation and Closing Deals:
      • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    6. Reporting and Feedback:
      • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including progress, challenges, and success stories.
      • Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
    Key Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Experience: 03 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Experience in the consultancy industry is a plus.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
      • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
      • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
