Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Executive Loan Industry - Business Loan, Home Loan, Loan against Property ,DOD and CC LimitLocation: Uttam Nagar West, New DelhiJob Type: Full-time (6 days working)Timing - 10:30 am to 5:30 pmWe are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Jessica Fincorp. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, closing loan deals, and contributing to the companys growth. You will be responsible for selling various loan products, including Loan Against Property, home loans, business loans, and more, to potential clients.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales & Lead Generation:
      • Identify and target new prospects through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, and networking.
      • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
      • Assist clients in understanding their loan requirements and suggest the most suitable products.
    • Product Knowledge:
      • Stay updated on all loan products, interest rates, terms, and conditions.
      • Provide clients with clear and comprehensive information about the different loan products and help them select the best option based on their financial needs.
    • Loan Application Processing:
      • Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure all required documentation is submitted correctly.
      • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure smooth processing and approval of loan applications.
    • Achieving Sales Targets:
      • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for loans.
      • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service before, during, and after loan approval.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
      • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally.
    • Market Research:
      • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new business development.
    • Reporting:
      • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
      • Track and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
    Key Requirements:
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial or loan industry.
    • Strong understanding of loan products and financial services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
    • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
    • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Previous experience in the loan or financial industry.
    • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector.
