In the coming years, we have plans of supplying our candies to more customers across the markets and add more names to our clientele.Job Purpose: Sales Executive is responsible to provide the necessary sales and support to the Sales Managers. Sales Executives areResponsible for field sales . The role of a sales executive is to use their persuasion skills to sell, upsell and cross-sell the companys products and make new dealers, distributors.Requisite Skills and Experience
    • Minimum 3 Year pf experience in Channel Sales
    • The candidate should have a strong connect with Dealers and Distributors related to confectionary Products
    • Develop Dealers and Channels in the assigned Territory
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
    • Good working knowledge of Computers ( MS office , Internet Etc.)
    • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
    • Lead Management
    • Should be a team player

    • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the companys growth.
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the companys product range to confidently pitch products.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
    • Gather and communicate customer feedback and market trends to assist in product and marketing strategies.
    • Identify new sales opportunities through cold calls, inbound inquiries, and referrals.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the system.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
    • Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and promotions.
    • Reach out to potential and existing customers to present and sell products.
    • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
