Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities :
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for digital advertising solutions.
    • Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling digital ad products.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., editorial, production) to ensure seamless delivery of ad campaigns.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive digital ad sales landscape.
    Job Requirements :
    • 4-10 years of experience in digital ad sales, media sales, or related field.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective space selling techniques.
    • Strong understanding of digital media platforms (e.g., social media, search engines) and ability to develop innovative ad solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
