Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Executive Retail SalesRole Overview:This position focuses on front-line retail sales activities. The primary responsibility will be to onboard new distributors and retailers within the designated territory. The role will involve expanding the distribution network, fostering strong relationships with channel partners, and promoting the full range of products within the assigned area.Key Responsibilities:
    • Build and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the designated territory.
    • Create, expand, and lead a team of channel partners.
    • Focus on product/solution selling to retail customers to acquire new merchants.
    • Promote a variety of products including AEPS, DMT, Micro ATM, Insurance, Bill Payments, Recharges, etc.
    • Drive sales activities and achieve assigned business targets.
    • Maintain a customer-centric approach with prior experience in customer-facing roles. Strong negotiation skills are essential.
    • Work independently as well as collaboratively with teams to meet objectives.
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability to change, initiative-taking, and creative selling techniques.
    • Utilize strong analytical, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills to succeed.
    • Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively for both new and existing markets to maximize sales.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Graduation in any stream.
    • Familiar with basic computer and Android usage.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, ideally from industries such as Fintech, Payments, Telecom, E-commerce, Business Solutions, or Wallet Companies.
    • Experience in B2C sales is a strong advantage, especially from sectors like Telecom, FMCG, or Banking-Retail.
    • Proven track record in exceptional sales and business judgment.
