Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Executive Retail SalesRole Overview:The role focuses on front-line retail sales activities, with a primary responsibility of onboarding new distributors and retailers within an assigned territory. This position entails expanding the distribution network, building strong relationships with channel partners, and promoting a wide range of products within the territory.Key Responsibilities:
    • Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers within the assigned territory.
    • Develop, expand, and lead a team of channel partners.
    • Drive product/solution sales to retail customers, aiming to onboard new merchants.
    • Promote a variety of products such as AEPS, DMT, Micro ATM, Insurance, Bill Payments, Recharges, and more.
    • Achieve sales targets by driving sales activities and initiatives.
    • Maintain a customer-centric approach with strong experience in customer-facing roles and effective negotiation skills.
    • Work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals.
    • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, adaptability to change, initiative, and innovative selling strategies.
    • Leverage analytical, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills to succeed.
    • Accurately forecast sales and revenue targets, maximizing opportunities in both new and existing markets.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Graduation in any field.
    • Proficient in basic computer and Android applications.
    • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Fintech, Payments, Telecom, E-commerce, Business Solutions, or Wallet Companies.
    • Experience in B2C sales is a strong advantage, especially from Telecom, FMCG, or Banking-Retail sectors.
    • Proven track record of successful sales performance and sound business judgment.
