Job Description

    Urgent job opening for Sales Manager at Delhi.We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our specialty gas business vertical. The primary responsibility will be business development and driving the growth of sales numbers for the division. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to expand our market presence in the specialty gas industry.Product line: Gast & MeechKey Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify and develop new business opportunitiesActively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients and projects.Sales Growth & Targets:Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the division.Ensure consistent and effective follow-up on leads and client inquiries.Client Relationship Management:Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.Market Intelligence:Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.Provide feedback on market conditions and competitor products to improve the companys offerings.Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and product offerings.Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.Negotiations and Contract Finalization:Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and close deals.Ensure terms of the agreements are clearly understood by clients, leading to long-term business relationships.Requirements:Experience:1. 2-3 years of experience of dealing with Pneumatic or hydraulic/Web Printing/Packaging/ Converting /Static control industries, someone with experience with Analytical customers, Laboratory, R&D / Chemical /process market is also suitable.2. Key account management skills are very important and essential for this role. Being a sales Engineer level job he should be able to do product presentations to clients (Online / Offline)3.
