    Job Title: Sales Manager Loan Sales (Home Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property & CGTMSE Loans)Location:Uttam Nagar West, New Delhi Job Type: Full-time Reports To:Director of CompanyJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager Loan Sales to lead our team in selling home loans, business loans, loan against property (LAP), and CGTMSE loans. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial services, a strong understanding of loan products, and the ability to drive revenue growth through direct sales and working with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive loan sales, with a focus on:
      • Home Loans For salaried professionals, self-employed individuals, and first-time home buyers.
      • Business Loans For SMEs, startups, and established businesses requiring expansion or working capital.
      • Loan Against Property (LAP) For individuals and businesses leveraging property as collateral for funding.
      • CGTMSE Loans Collateral-free loans for micro and small enterprises under the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE) scheme.
    • Build, manage, and expand the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network to increase loan sales.
    • Lead, train, and manage a team of loan sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Identify and engage potential clients through direct sales, digital marketing, real estate agents, DSAs, financial advisors, and corporate partnerships.
    • Develop strong business relationships with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, and financial institutions to offer competitive loan solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and risk assessment procedures in loan approvals.
    • Analyze customer profiles and recommend suitable loan products based on financial needs.
    • Work closely with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
    • Oversee the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring seamless documentation and quick disbursal.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor sales performance, and optimize conversion rates.
    • Address customer concerns, handle escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2years of experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services.
    • Strong expertise in home loans, business loans, loan against property, and CGTMSE loans.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding loan sales targets.
    • Experience in working with DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan approvals.
    • Knowledge of loan eligibility criteria, interest rates, credit assessment, risk analysis, and CGTMSE loan processing.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.
    • Must be comfortable working with and managing DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) to drive sales.
