Job Description

    To develop SME LAP businessin assigned geography, and also monitoring of entire portfolio assigned.
    • 1. Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel and open market channels
    • 2. Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches
    • 3. Analyze the market trend for products development and do market research.
    • 4. Planning & execution of market promotional activities according to market & business requirements.
    • 5. Focus on increased Productivity
    • 6. Marketing and encashing catchment areas
    • 7. Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Loan against property
    • 8. Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell & Multi selling of Insurance
    • 9. Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations
    • 10. Understand credit analysis, Personal discussion with client for business understanding. Co-ordinate for credit risk assessment.
    • 11. Co-ordinate for legal documentation, disbursement.
    • 12. Post-disbursement monitoring, ensure performance monitoring, maintaining portfolio quality
    • 13. Relationship management with the client / dealers.
    • 14. Ensure collection of dues from the customers and also to help and monitor the payment from the company
    • 15. Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
