The ideal candidate should carry a fine blend of balance between strategic approach and excellence in. execution and passionate to drive Arthroscopy business strategy, growth commercial excellence and Market Research.Role Description Highly motivated, passionate and skilled Sales & Marketing Head for our Arthroscopy Business in New Delhi/ Mumbai. Excellent leadership skills, ability to manage and build Sales Team, and strong sales and marketing expertise in the Arthroscopy business. Driving sales and revenue growth for our Arthroscopy business, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing sales and marketing budgets, and leading a team of sales and marketing professionals. Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and growth across geographies. Drive projects on expansion in newer geographies by penetrating deeper into newer markets / Cities. Establish strong processes for Sales & Marketing with thrust on customer connect, insight generation, marketing, Asset Management, Sales Support and established Standard Operating Procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support and product development to ensure a coordinated approach to achieving business goals. Leading Strategic Business Initiatives across Arthroscopy range of products with focus on developing new profitable growth opportunities, identify and evolve geographic expansions to yield P&L for Arthroscopy & Sports PAN India.Qualifications Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Masters degree preferred A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing with at least 5 years in the Arthroscopy business, building Dealership Network. Proven track record of success driving revenue growth and creating sales and marketing strategies for growing the Arthroscopy business. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team of sales and marketing professionals. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience working in the healthcare industry and a strong understanding of the Arthroscopy business and Dealership network development.
