• Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the achievement of monthly sales targets, specifically in Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Lead Generation: Generate prospective sales leads through direct sourcing methods (no DSA involvement).
• Cold Calling: Make cold calls and utilize databases to generate potential leads.
• Business Goals: Achieve a minimum monthly business target of 10 lacs.
• Application Coordination: Collaborate with the underwriting team to process loan applications effectively.
Skills and Experience Required:Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of secured loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Proficiency in generating and managing direct leads through cold calling.
Experience:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role.
Soft Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Proficient in building rapport and providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to independently handle sales calls and explain products clearly.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues proactively.
Communication:
