Job Description

    Job Title: Pharma Salesperson (Experienced/Fresher)Location: Delhi/Uttar Pradesh/Haryana/RajasthanJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pharma Salesperson to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and increasing market share for our products. Both experienced professionals and freshers with an interest in pharmaceutical sales are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales & Business Development:
      • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
      • Develop new business opportunities by targeting key clients and increasing product awareness.
      • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
    2. Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
      • Provide product knowledge, answering any queries, and offering support to healthcare professionals.
      • Maintain a strong network in the healthcare sector.
    3. Market Analysis:
      • Identify market trends and potential business opportunities.
      • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team regarding market demands and competitor products.
    4. Promotional Activities:
      • Organize and participate in promotional events, medical conferences, and exhibitions to increase product visibility.
      • Conduct product presentations to medical professionals and ensure they understand the benefits of the products.
    5. Reporting:
      • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
      • Submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting performance, challenges, and opportunities.
    6. Training & Development (for Freshers):
      • Undergo comprehensive training programs to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
      • Learn about pharmaceutical industry standards, regulations, and compliance.
    Requirements:For Experienced Candidates:
    • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in pharmaceutical sales (preferably in [specific therapy areas or products]).
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Skills:
      • Strong sales skills and proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.
    For Freshers:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent).
    • Skills:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Willingness to learn and adapt in a competitive environment.
      • Positive attitude and a passion for sales.
      • Ability to travel as required.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
    • Knowledge of local healthcare industry trends.
    • Previous experience in healthcare or life sciences will be an advantage.
