Job Description

Sales Operations Assist in order processing, quotations, and sales reports.Customer Management Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and complaint resolution.Order & Logistics Coordination Track orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.Market & Sales Analysis Monitor trends, competitors, and generate reports.Documentation & Compliance Manage contracts, regulatory paperwork, and MSDS.Technical Coordination Support customers with product details and certifications.Marketing Support Assist in promotions, trade shows, and digital marketing.Training & Development Stay updated on product knowledge and train junior staff.Candidate Requirements: Candidate should be ready to work in sales (Field Work) Candidate should have a bike Candidate should be open to relocation Good communication skills in (Local Language, English and Hindi)Qualifications for the role: BE or Diploma in Civil with 0 to 1 years of experience in Sales Support, backend sales etc. Sound product knowledge of Sales Good Communications & presentations skills Excellent Negotiation skills
