Job Description

    Looking for a Seller/Vendor Support Executive to join our team at one of our metro city offices.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound queries from sellers/vendors via call, chat, or email- Assist sellers with onboarding, account setup, listing issues, and platform navigation- Resolve queries related to payments, settlements, order processing, and returns- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, catalog) to resolve seller escalations- Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM- Educate sellers on platform policies, best practices, and new features- Identify recurring seller pain points and report patterns to the operations team- Ensure all queries are resolved within defined TAT and meet quality standards- Build strong working relationships with sellers to support long-term retentionRequired Skills and Qualifications:- 2-4 years of experience in seller support, vendor support, or B2B customer service, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace platforms- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal- Comfortable handling high call/chat volumes with patience and professionalism- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations such as listings, payments, and order lifecycle- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work full-time from office in a target-driven environment
