Job Description

Experience: 10 years experience into project handling from conception till completion of a project. Candidate must possess strong design sensibilities.Education: B.Arch Post Graduate/Masters from a recognized institutionRole Responsibilities:Firm ambassadors: Abide by and align with the overall vision of the firm and percolate the same across the studio on a day to day basis, Must lead by example.Project Vision: Abiding by the overall vision of the project and ensure design and technical innovation at all stagesDesign Management: Actively drive and monitor project deliverables, timelines, deployment and project payments from conception till completionEfficiency: Monitor overall project efficiency to maximize productivity and quality with optimum costLegal Compliance: Administer and negotiate project contracts and flag timely issues like contract renewal, change in fee, area, scope etc.Quality Control: Ensure quality and design excellence across all stages of the projects and abide by. the internal operations and quality control processesHuman Resource Management: Responsible for team recruitments, mentoring and retention of talentCRM: Support new business and ensure repeat business through cordial relations with existing clients/consultants,
