Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to design,implement, and optimize robust Java-based backend solutions, working closely with theSolution Architect and Technical Lead.2. Experience Required: 6-8 years in Java backend development, with a strongfoundation in Java SE 8 and Spring Framework.3. Architecture Collaboration: Contribute to backend solution design, ensuringperformance, scalability, and security align with architectural goals.4. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, review code quality, enforcebest practices, and help resolve complex issues.5. Backend Development: Develop, test, and deploy Java-based backend services,ensuring performance and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.6. Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks toensure high availability and low latency.7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams forseamless integration, data handling, and service alignment.8. Code Quality & Standards: Maintain coding standards, implement code reviews,ensure high test coverage, and uphold documentation best practices.9. Technical Evaluation & Testing: Take ownership of testing coverage, bug tracking,and feature validation to ensure code reliability.10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Java backend trends, tools, and bestpractices to enhance team productivity and solution quality.11. Technical Skills Required: Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, SQLdatabases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), RESTful APIs, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, andfamiliarity with CI/CD practices.12. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), microservices,messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
