The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations. The Senior Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and maintaining a positive work environment.Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years of experience in a management role Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Excellent. communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with HR software, such as SAP, Workday, or Oracle, is a plus,
