The Senior Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, account management, maintaining customer satisfaction, handling customer service, and inside sales.Roles and Responsibilities Collection from existing clients Retention Up-sell, Cross-sell experience Proficient in English and Hindi language B2C client handling Interact with existing customers and. make follow-up calls Timely payment & collections from the customers Interaction with customers via Emails & over the phone. Take actions to encourage timely debt payments Process payments and refunds Update account status records and collection efforts Updating the existing customers on ongoing projects.
