Job Description

    Senior Manager-Administration (Ex-Army/Navy/Air Force Officer)Role & responsibilities
    • Overall administration of I.T.S Dental College, Hospital & Research Center
    • To manage the overall administration team.
    • To maintain and develop relationship with Development Authority
    • Pollution Control Board, Consumer Court, Labor Court, Fire Department etc.
    • To follow up all College Liaison activities, and maintain contact reports.
    • Communicate a positive image of the college with in the local bodies.
    • To ensure maintenance, service & liasioning with vendors of lifts.
    • To look after the administration of the college messes, canteens including contract follow ups, renewal and administration.
    • Ensuring all types of licenses and no objection certificates required for the smooth functioning of the college from time to time.
    • Ensuring fair purchase bills and disbursal.
    • To ensure maintenance, service and liaisoning of Solar System and R. O.
    • To be aware of and abide by the College health and safety procedures and associated policies
    • To proactively implement the Colleges policies and procedures.
    • To pass bills related to housekeeping & security agencies.
    • Vigil on the staff flats cleanliness and ensure cleanliness of Water Coolers and OHT etc.
    • To maintain the coordination of wardens of various hostels for smooth functioning of day to day routine work of hostels and students facilities.
    • Maintaining the data base of students & attendance through hostel wardens.
    • Making the policy for allotment of hostels to students.
    • To ensure discipline, law and order in the college campus.
    • Implementation of decisions taken by the college authorities.
    • Regular visit to hostel for better interaction with the students.
    • Nominate the students for mess committee, hostel maintenance committee, cleanliness committee and other such committees.
    • To supervise the working of hostel and security staff.
    • To deal with the acts of indiscipline of the students.
    • To ensure the hygiene, cleanliness, quality and quantity of food in the mess.
