Senior Manager - ProcurementKey Responsibilities:- Formulate and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality goods and services while maintaining strict budgetary compliance.- Oversee the end-to-end SAP procurement module operations to ensure data integrity, process transparency, and efficient reporting across all business units.- Negotiate and manage complex vendor contracts to secure favorable terms, mitigate commercial risks, and foster long-term strategic partnerships.- Analyze market trends and internal consumption patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements that enhance overall supply chain efficiency.- Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement.Required Skill Set:- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale procurement operations with a deep functional understanding of SAP modules (MM/SRM/ARIBA) to drive process automation and reporting.- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, utilizing strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence decision-making at the leadership level.- Exceptional analytical capabilities to interpret market data and financial metrics, translating them into actionable procurement strategies.- Strong educational background, typically holding a postgraduate degree in Management or a related field, complemented by 10 to 20 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management.- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated track record of cost savings and value creation.- Experience working in matrixed multinational environments.- Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support global stakeholders.If you are interested kindly share your updated resume on this id: hidden_email
